Quick summary: A national dataset analysis evaluating seven hundred US school districts based on student and parent feedback has ranked Redondo Beach Unified School District at the top for overall quality, with top tier districts demonstrating strong graduation rates up to 99%. What the rankings reveal

Adrian Moza, CEO of Flipsnack, commented on the findings: “The cluster of scores in this ranking proves that all school districts included are effective in their teaching and in supporting students. The 0.17 difference between the top and bottom school districts in the top 20 shows just how competitive the best districts are.”

“Seeing the number of reviews that give districts that personal touch from current and former students really helps to illustrate the truth. A district can have strong academic results, but if students aren’t happy, that can have a significant impact on their future. It’s essential for parents to look at school districts in their state and decide based on multiple factors to give their children the best chance.”

“What is notable is the distribution of districts at the top. Many are in rural areas or smaller towns, not the large cities that people would expect to dominate. Tight communities often provide more support for education due to parents and teachers having a stronger relationship. Smaller classes also have a strong impact on results, as staff can allocate more time to each pupil and provide targeted support.”

The rankings underscore the value of combining strong academic outcomes with positive student and parent experiences when evaluating school quality.
