Elite Garage Door Expert says homeowners in Houston, Pearland, Kingwood and surrounding areas can call for 24 hour garage door repair without worrying about an added emergency or after hours fee.
According to Steven, manager of the company’s Houston, Pearland and Kingwood locations, the policy has always been part of how the company operates.
“Customers don’t decide when their garage door is going to break,” Steven said. “We don’t think it’s fair to charge somebody more just because it happens at night.”
Elite Garage Door Expert operates with technicians working scheduled shifts, including night-time coverage. This allows the company to provide emergency garage door repair without treating after hours service as a premium service.
Common emergency calls include broken garage door springs, doors that have come off track, garage doors that will not close and vehicles trapped inside the garage.
“Sometimes customers call asking for the earliest appointment in the morning because they think night-time service will cost more,” Steven said. “When we tell them we may be able to get there within the next hour and there is no extra emergency fee, they are usually very relieved.”
The company also provides free onsite estimates.
Technicians arrive in marked company vehicles with professional tools and commonly needed parts. After inspecting the garage door, the technician explains the problem, reviews repair options and provides pricing before any work begins.
“If we weren’t confident in our pricing and our technicians, we wouldn’t provide a free onsite estimate,” Steven said. “We want the customer to understand the problem, see the options and make their own decision.”
Elite Garage Door Expert currently has approximately 8 to 10 technicians serving Houston, Pearland, Kingwood and nearby communities. Many repairs can be completed during the first visit.
“If your garage door breaks at night, you should be able to call us and receive the same pricing approach and the same level of service you would receive during regular business hours,” Steven said.
Elite Garage Door Expert provides residential and commercial garage door repair, broken spring replacement, opener repair and installation, off track repair, maintenance and new garage door installation throughout the Greater Houston area.
