Calvin Harris has dominated a new ranking of Spotify’s most-streamed Ibiza anthems, claiming five of the top 10 songs, according to research by ticket site Skiddle.com.
The study analysed 494 Ibiza-related playlists on Spotify, tracking 44,206 songs to identify the platform’s most-streamed Ibiza anthems.
Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa’s One Kiss topped the list with 2,736,789,256 Spotify streams. The 2018 hit appeared in 28 of the analysed playlists, accounting for 5.67% of the total, and has also attracted around 959 million YouTube views.
Mike Posner’s I Took A Pill In Ibiza (Seeb Remix) ranked 2nd with 2,461,641,081 streams. Despite its ironic take on Ibiza’s party culture, the remix appeared in 26 playlists and has accumulated 1.7 billion YouTube views, compared with 45 million for the original version.
David Guetta and Bebe Rexha’s I’m Good (Blue) placed 3rd with 2,443,651,129 streams. The track, which samples Eiffel 65’s Blue (Da Ba Dee), featured in 29 playlists and has more than 341 million YouTube views.

Playlist favourites were not always the biggest streaming hits
While Summer ranked 4th by streams, it was the most frequently included song in the study, appearing in 59 playlists, or 11.94% of those analysed. Its official music video has around 1.7 billion YouTube views.
Swedish House Mafia’s Don’t You Worry Child appeared in 38 playlists, representing 7.69% of the total, and has reached 1 billion YouTube views.
Kungs’ This Girl and Disclosure’s Latch each featured in 41 playlists. This Girl has around 541 million YouTube views, while Latch has more than 496 million.
The lowest-ranked track in the top 100 was Wankelmut’s My Head Is A Jungle (MK Remix / Radio Edit), with 158,750,339 Spotify streams. Despite ranking last, it appeared in 43 playlists, more than several higher-ranked songs, and has around 45 million YouTube views.
The research also found that some classic Ibiza anthems remained playlist favourites despite lower streaming totals. Modjo’s Lady (Hear Me Tonight) was the third-most-featured song, appearing in 90 playlists, or 18.22% of the total, while ranking 22nd for Spotify streams with 931,315,201. The song has also accumulated 326 million YouTube views.
Robert Miles’ Children was the most-featured track overall, appearing in 92 playlists, or 18.62% of those analysed, despite ranking 51st by streams with 458,181,792.
Speaking about the findings, a spokesperson for Skiddle.com said: “There is a clear reason that many of these songs are played again and again, and that’s the way they make listeners feel. From a simple foot tap to a full-blown dance, Ibiza anthems are one of the few genres of song that can cross the age barrier that many pop songs struggle to emulate.”
The spokesperson added: “What stood out is that Calvin Harris’s earliest hit in the top 10, Feel So Close, is from 2011, while his latest, One Kiss, is from 2018. That sustained dominance over seven years in a genre that moves so fast is remarkable. And the fact that Robert Miles’ Children from 1995 still appears in more playlists than almost any other track shows these anthems have genuine staying power.”
The findings highlight the lasting appeal of Ibiza dance music, with both contemporary hits and classic electronic tracks continuing to attract listeners across streaming platforms.
